Credit Bureaus (the people who make your credit report and score) also allow your information to be pre-screened for credit card offers resulting in lots of offers arriving in your mail! Not only does this cause a security risk, but come on? It’s not very environmentally friendly!
Take a moment to “Opt Out” of receiving these offers.
You can also enter up to three phone numbers on the national “Do Not Call” list to keep from receiving pesky sales calls. Remember, never trust anyone who contacts you offering to place you on the “Do Not Call” list.
