Privacy Policy
Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Oklahoma (CCCS) is a non-profit agency established in 1967. Our service provides consumers with financial counseling, debt repayment, and education. We are a community service offering an effective alternative to bankruptcy. CCCS of Central Oklahoma is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC) and the Council on Accreditation (COA). CCCS of Central Oklahoma is a United Way member agency.
Notice
It is not the intention of CCCS to secretly collect any private information through this website. We will never, under any circumstances sell or share any personal information about you unless authorized by you. If you request information by providing your email address, that information will be used for the sole purpose of responding to you with the requested information.
Information we collect
During the online enrollment process, we collect personal financial data such as:
• Credit Card or loan account numbers and balances
• Social security number, address, phone, email, salary, employer, occupation
• Age, birth date, gender
• Monthly expenses or other income
This information is used only to enroll users in a Debt Management Plan (DMP) at the user’s direction. (When you send an attached file via email) After our agency receives the information, one of our Certified Credit Counselors reviews the information and they may contact you via phone, email, or other communications.
