CCCS of Central Oklahoma is only authorized to issue certificates related to bankruptcy pre-filing and
pre-discharge counseling in the Western and Eastern bankruptcy districts of Oklahoma. If you register for a bankruptcy course
and subsequently choose to file in a district not served by this agency, your certificate will be invalid.

In the chance a refund is provided, there will be a $10.00 Processing fee and a $10.00 course fee deducted from the amount paid.
